T-Systems is the IT subsidiary of the major Deutsche Telekom (and sister company of T-Mobile). The international IT company is also firmly established in the Netherlands as a system integrator and thought leader in the field of IT solutions for tomorrow. As a specialist in cloud, digital transformation, connectivity and security issues, the IT service provider supports large and medium-sized companies in implementing digital solutions.
In 2019, Voxx pitched a campaign idea for a new cloud approach. Our approach was both creative and pragmatic. Based on a clear customer journey and a clear marketing funnel, we ensured that T-Systems made it clear to its customers not only what is possible but, above all, how to get there and what added value it brings. By starting from customer demand, the content became customer-oriented and the Thought Leadership strategy delivered concrete B2B inbound leads.
After the cloud campaign, we developed successive content marketing campaigns for Security (Cyber Kitchen), SAP 4/HANA (Unlocking the Power of SAP, on any Cloud), Smart Industry (Make IT Happen) and 5G Campus.
We also delivered videos: from interviews with experts to client stories.

It's not just content campaigns that generate more attention. Press releases bring T-Systems a reach of 1.2 mio and an EEMV of €56,000. In 2020, we will organise the first virtual press meeting. Journalists will get their own avatar and experience a digital tour of the Smart Factory in Aachen (Dld).

In 2019, we will be presented with a challenging case: how do we ensure that T-Systems puts itself and its cloud services even better on the map with potential customers and DMUs? Campaign content is at the forefront of this. Voxx does extensive preliminary research, competitive analysis, reads reports and looks at what issues are alive among customers. From IT managers to CFO and CTO: all have a different interest in moving to cloud solutions. Based on the research, Voxx creates a strategy and content planning.
Under high pressure, we then develop the basic ideas of the pitch into a complete production. Within 3 weeks, we provide T-Systems with an eye-catching design, content strategy, content planning and calendar plus all resources: videos, white paper, LinkedIn campaigns, blogs, social media posts and physical posters and banners for internal communication.
Together with T-Systems' marcom team, we literally work day and night to have everything ready. And we succeed. Together, we put in a great performance that is the prelude to more campaigns.
